Severnside Festival – Stallholders info…

The Annual Festival will be on the second Saturday in July, at Promenade Gardens,
Beach Rd, Severn Beach, BS35 4PQ. There will be no entrance fee for the event,
and so the aim is to meet our costs from donations and sponsorship.


All organisations and businesses of the Severnside area are invited to take part to
promote what they do. Offers to run an aspect of the event or simply put up a
display stand are all welcome.

There is a nominal charge for stall space, and the organisers ask, those who can, to
make a contribution towards the fees of the bands and performers.


Each stall space will be approx 3m wide, enough for a standard gazebo. If you want
more space please, just book more. To reserve your space, please return the
booking form by 20th

Please bring everything you will need for your stall, eg a gazebo, tables/stands etc.
and as much bunting and as many flags as you can lay your hands on.


You will be responsible for your stall and so please do your own risk assessment,
especially making sure that your gazebo and displays are secured to the ground.
For public safety, no vehicle movement will be allowed during the event.


Access to the park to unload will be from 9.00am on the day, but you must remove
all vehicles from the site before 2.00pm.


There will be a designated car-park area, reserved for blue badge parking, accessed
via the Tea Cottage entrance. A second designated parking area will be available for
musicians and performers, under control of the stage managers, accessed from the
allotments entrance.

Please, do not pack up your stall before 6pm. Music and live bands will be
playing until dusk and anyone packing up early gives the impression that ‘the party
is over’, when it certainly isn’t.


In packing-up your stall, please collect any litter that is around your pitch and take
back to your own bin at home if you can, that will be enormously helpful.


Bristol Ambulance first aiders will be on site, so if anyone is unwell, please alert
them (or one of the stewards wearing hi-vis)
